Falcon View Properties, LLC is a real estate investment and management company based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded in 2010 by Ateer Sheth. We specialize in providing high-quality, affordable, and convenient off-campus housing for students, professionals, and families near the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and other growing neighborhoods in Atlanta.
Our focus is on communities such as Home Park, Atlantic Station, and West Midtown, where we offer a wide range of rental homes, townhouses, and apartments. Ateer Sheth established Falcon View Properties in 2010 with a vision to create affordable, safe, and convenient housing solutions for Atlanta’s growing student and professional community. Over time, his vision expanded into commercial, event, and office spaces in Georgia, as well as flexible rental markets in Florida.
